These Terms and Conditions govern your use of GCUSuite (the web application at app.gcusuite.com) and the GCUSuite mobile app, operated by Overbuilt Software LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using GCUSuite, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

GCUSuite is a business management platform for small contractor businesses, including features for customer management, job tracking, employee scheduling, billing, and automated appointment reminders. GCUSuite is available as a monthly subscription at $19.99/month following a 7-day free trial.

SMS Messaging Terms

GCUSuite offers an optional SMS appointment reminder feature ("SMS Reminders") for subscribers who choose to enable it. The following terms apply to SMS Reminders:

• Program: GCUSuite SMS Appointment Reminders — automated day-before appointment reminder messages sent to customers of GCUSuite subscriber businesses.
• Message frequency: One message per scheduled appointment, sent the day before the appointment.
• Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply to all SMS messages received.
• To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive no further messages.
• For help: Reply HELP or contact us at support@overbuiltsoftware.com.
• SMS Reminders are sent on behalf of the GCUSuite subscriber business. Customer phone numbers are entered by the business owner and are used solely to deliver appointment reminders.

Subscription and Billing

GCUSuite is billed monthly at $19.99/month. A 7-day free trial is available for new accounts; a valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page in your GCUSuite account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use GCUSuite only for lawful business purposes. You may not use GCUSuite to send unsolicited messages, violate any applicable laws or regulations, or interfere with the service or other users.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@overbuiltsoftware.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into GCUSuite, including customer records, job records, and employee records. We do not claim ownership of your business data.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service outages or interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Overbuilt Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of GCUSuite. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of GCUSuite after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
