GCUSuite Web Application

When you register for GCUSuite, we collect:

• Business name, phone number, and address
• Business data you enter: customer records, job records, and employee records
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
• Optional business logo

GCUSuite Mobile App

When a field worker uses the GCUSuite mobile app, we collect:

• Email address (used to authenticate your account)
• A unique user ID to identify your account session
• Device push notification token (to deliver job assignment notifications)

We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, or any other device data.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the GCUSuite service
• To authenticate users and maintain account security
• To send push notifications about job assignments (mobile app)
• To process subscription payments via Stripe
• To send transactional emails such as password resets
• To respond to support requests

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Data Sharing

We share data only with the following third-party service providers, solely to operate the service:

• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Expo — push notification delivery
• Railway — cloud hosting and database

We do not share your data with any other third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days. Contact us at support@overbuiltsoftware.com to request deletion.

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

Children's Privacy

GCUSuite is intended for use by adults in a business context. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@overbuiltsoftware.com.
